A Soldier's Christmas and GOP Video
This GOP video titled, Retreat adn Defeat, shows how the soldiers are watching what the dem's are saying about them. It is very true that retreat and defeat is NOT an option. How many more terrorist attacks will it take to show the democrats this war is important for our national security?
Terrorist attacks can shake the foundations of our biggest buildings, but they cannot touch the foundation of America. These acts shatter steel, but they cannot dent the steel of American resolve. -President George W. Bush

Wal-Mart's Confronted On "Happy Holidays"
So here we go again with the arguments against stores saying "Happy Holidays" and not "Merry Christmas". I agree with Dick Otterstad, the man in the picture, that we should be saying "Merry Christmas" if we want to, and not stop just because groups like the ACLU thinks it's not right. I do believe that other faiths have there rights with what they believe during the holiday season, but I don't think that others should be penalized for it. I also think that it is pretty impressive how the American Family Association got over 500,000 signatures asking Target to include Christmas in its promotions. I definitely don't think that people should be making fun of protestors either. It's their right to protest for their own reasons. (AP Photo)"I was pleased last year to proclaim 1983 the year of the Bible. But you know, a group called the ACLU severely criticized me for doing that. Well, I wear their indictment like a badge of honor". - President Reagan, January 1984

A Nation's Reaction To The Death Of Tookie Williams
I think I have come to believe that Stanley "Tookie" Williams shouldn't have been executed. After seeing the reaction of the American and European people I think that it just wasn't fair that someone was killed just because they did something wrong. All people on this earth have a right to live. Many people think what happened this morning was barbaric and cruel; I think I have come to believe this too. I was surprised how many people from other countries were against this and how even Governor Schwarzenegger own native country his name removed from a sports stadium in his hometown. At the Vatican it seems that the pope disagreed with the Governor over the death, too."Even a criminal is worthy of respect because he is a human being. The death penalty is a negation of human dignity." - Cardinal Renato Martino
